These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute the entire legal agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 966pkr ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 966pkr website, betting platform, casino lobby and all associated services available at 966pkr.cam (the "Platform").

966pkr is an online sports betting and casino information platform targeting Pakistani users. Our lobby covers cricket, PSL, ICC tournaments, football, UFC, live dealer games, slots, table games, esports and instant games — all presented in PKR. These Terms apply in full to every user who accesses the Platform, regardless of location, device or access method.

By creating an account, accessing the Platform or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

The following terms, as used in this Agreement, carry the meanings assigned below:

Your use of the Platform constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms. Acceptance occurs at the earliest of: (a) completing the registration process; (b) accessing any betting market or casino game; or (c) making a deposit into your Platform account.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling policy, both of which form part of the complete agreement between you and 966pkr.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on 966pkr, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or applicable license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction in which online gambling is unlawful under applicable law.
• You are registering on your own behalf as an individual, and not acting as an agent for any third party.
• You are not a professionally excluded person (e.g., subject to a self-exclusion order, regulatory ban or court order).
• You are not an employee, contractor, director or officer of 966pkr, nor an immediate family member of such a person, unless explicitly permitted in writing.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction of residence.

966pkr reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If verification reveals that an ineligible person has been using an account, that account will be closed and any balances may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

To open an account with 966pkr, you must complete the registration process accurately and in full. The following conditions apply:

966pkr offers various promotional incentives to registered Users. All bonuses and promotions are governed by these general terms, supplemented by specific terms attached to each individual offer.

All sports bets and casino wagers placed on 966pkr are subject to the following general rules:

• All odds displayed are in decimal format. The total return on a winning bet equals the stake multiplied by the displayed decimal odd (stake included in the return figure).
• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds on live (in-play) markets update in real time; the odds shown at the moment your bet is confirmed are the binding odds.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and event. These are displayed within the bet slip at the time of placement.
• In the event of a technical error resulting in clearly incorrect odds being offered (palpable error), 966pkr reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous odds.
• Match abandonment, weather interruptions and postponements are handled in accordance with sport-specific rules available within the Platform's help section.
• For cricket markets including PSL, T20 international and ICC tournament games, if a match is abandoned before the minimum number of overs required for a result, bets will be settled as void unless specific rules for that market state otherwise.
• Accumulator (parlay) bets require all selections to win. Any voided selection is treated as a non-runner and the accumulator recast without that leg.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 966pkr Platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture and referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation — including providing false identity documents, fabricating KYC records or making false claims regarding transactions.
• Multi-accounting — operating more than one account, whether under the same or different identities.
• Collusion — coordinating with other players to achieve an unfair advantage in casino games, poker, or any other competitive format.
• Use of bots or automated systems — using software, scripts or automated tools to place bets, claim bonuses or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human use.
• Bonus abuse — systematically exploiting promotional offers in ways that circumvent their intended purpose.
• Money laundering — using the Platform to deposit, transfer or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity. All suspicious transactions will be reported to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.
• Match-fixing or insider information — placing bets on the basis of non-public information or in connection with the manipulation of sporting events, including PSL or ICC matches.
• Chargebacks — initiating an unjustified payment reversal or chargeback with a payment provider in relation to Platform deposits.

All content available on the 966pkr Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, data compilations and the overall selection and arrangement of content — is the property of 966pkr or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute any Platform content without prior written permission.
• Modify or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any content for commercial purposes or in any way that could damage the reputation of 966pkr.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any software component of the Platform.

The 966pkr brand name, logo and associated marks are trademarks of the Platform. Unauthorised use of these marks is prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 966pkr shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or other indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of Platform services, whether planned or unplanned.
• Any inaccuracy in odds or game results caused by technical error, provided reasonable steps are taken to correct the error promptly.
• Any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Any reliance on information published on this Platform that does not constitute a binding contractual commitment.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

966pkr reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent, abusive or criminal activity.
• Request by law enforcement or regulatory authority.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• At the User's own request (voluntary closure or self-exclusion).

Upon account closure, any withdrawable balance (i.e., funds not subject to active wagering requirements or investigation) will be returned to the User via the original deposit method, subject to successful KYC verification.

Bonus funds and any associated winnings may be forfeited upon account closure where prohibited conduct has been established.

966pkr reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where an amendment is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations — we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via a notice on the Platform or by email to your registered address.

Non-material amendments (such as clarifications, corrections of typographic errors or updates to contact information) may take effect immediately without specific notification.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform's operating entity is incorporated or licensed. Where any dispute arises between you and 966pkr, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith discussion in the first instance.

966pkr does not represent that the Platform is lawful, appropriate or available in all jurisdictions. Users in Pakistan are specifically advised that the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and other applicable regulations may restrict or prohibit participation in online gambling. 966pkr does not claim approval, licensing or endorsement by any Pakistani governmental or regulatory authority, including the PTA, the State Bank of Pakistan or any provincial authority.
